These tubes can be adjusted vertically and horizontally to accommodate complex anatomy, providing a secure airway for patients with thick necks, obesity or trauma. They feature the familiar mid–range Aire–Cuf design, offering a traditional alternative to TTS tubes. Supplied with a tracheostomy tie and obturator, they are intended for temporary use until the proper length, fixed neck flange tube can be obtained.
