Returns

Information on returning goods, reporting damaged or incorrect items, and contacting the correct Mediq support team.

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item (excluding non-returnable products), we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange provided it is in full resaleable condition.

Returns should be made within 30 days of delivery and must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging. Please contact us before arranging the return of any goods.

Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Goods

If goods are delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please report this to us within 24 hours of receipt and confirm either by:

  • Calling us (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm)
  • Contacting us online
  • Writing to us within 5 days of delivery

Please note that a collection charge may apply for returned items.
