Available delivery services and charges will always be displayed at checkout.
Deliveries are made using either our own vehicles or trusted third-party courier services.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday only (excluding Bank Holidays).
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days.
If you have a preferred delivery date, please include this during checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Details regarding deliveries during public holiday periods such as Easter and Christmas will be published on this site closer to the time.

International / Export Orders
Our products are exported worldwide. Currently we can arrange delivery to a UK destination
of your choice (such as a freight forwarding agent).

Stock Availability
Most products listed on this website are stocked items and will display either
In Stock or Out of Stock on the product page.
If a product is out of stock, Business Account customers can place items on backorder
after logging in. Card and PayPal customers cannot place backorders but can use the
"Notify me when back in stock" option on the product page.
