Silvercel Non–Adherent Dressing acts against a broad spectrum of germs that are pathogenic to the wound, including MRSA, MRSE and VRE. This antimicrobial effect is secured by a sustained release of silver ions, lasting up to 7 days depending on wound condition and exudate level. Antimicrobial hydro–alginate dressings are non–adherent and help to maintain a moist wound environment.
