3M™ Kerramax Care™ Dressings are a range of super–absorbent dressings that absorb and retain high amounts of wound exudate. The unique wicking layer evenly distributes fluid both horizontally and vertically throughout the dressing. Exudate is locked away, including bacteria and MMP, creating an optimal environment for wound healing. It's high conformability allows the dressing to be folded to suit a variety of different wounds, also suitable for use under compression.
