The OPTIVA^® IV Catheter is designed for smooth insertion and ease of use, combining an electropolished V Point needle with OCRILON^® polyurethane tubing. The catheter is firm during insertion then softens to conform to the vein, helping to improve comfort and reduce the risk of phlebitis compared with FEP polymer.
