Further Information:

• Single use thermometer designed to support infection prevention and control.
• Provides fast and accurate temperature readings, with results locked in within one minute.
• Helps reduce the risk of cross contamination associated with reusable thermometers.
• Uses a dot sensor matrix made up of temperature sensitive indicator dots.
• Each dot changes colour from tan to blue at a specific temperature.
• Temperature increments change by 0.2 degrees Fahrenheit or 0.1 degrees Celsius per dot.
• Body temperature is read from a clear numerical scale.
• Suitable for oral or axillary temperature measurement.
• Easy to use and requires no batteries or calibration.
• Designed for use in healthcare settings where hygiene and accuracy are essential.

Permanent Temperature Readings:

The main difference between NexTemp® and Tempa.DOT is read time. After the temperature fires on a Tempa.DOT thermometer, the reading is permanent, no need to rush to check the reading. Because of this, Tempa.DOT thermometers must be stored in a temperature–controlled environment.
