• The Medasil^® Silicone Nasal Septal Button is a single–piece moulding, of two parallel discs connected by a central post.
• Made from a silicone elastomer which is biocompatible, latex and phthalate free.
• The Nasal Septal Button is passed between the perforated nasal septum; the flanges extend beyond the perforation, and provides a simple means of physically occluding and retaining the device.
• The device is supplied sterile for single use.

Intended Use:

Medasil^® Silicone Nasal Septal Button is intended to be used for temporary non–surgical closure of nasal septal perforations in the adult and paediatric patient population with nasal septal perforations. The device must be fitted and removed by a trained Healthcare Professional (HCP) in a healthcare setting. Each device is intended to be used for up to 29 days.
