If you believe a product has not performed as expected, has a quality issue, or you have a concern about its performance, please submit a Product Non-Conformance Report as soon as possible.
Providing detailed information helps us investigate the issue promptly and, where necessary, work with the manufacturer to determine the cause and take any appropriate action.
Where possible, please include:
• The product name and product code
• Batch or lot number
• A description of the issue
• The date the issue occurred
• Photographs (if applicable)
If your concern relates to patient safety or a serious clinical incident, please report it immediately using a Product Non-Conformance Report.
