If your order contains a licensed medical product, we'll first verify your licence details before dispatch. Please expect to be contacted within 48 hours if we need any additional information.
If we're unable to supply a licensed product, that item will be removed from your order. The remaining eligible items will be processed and dispatched as normal, and you'll be refunded for any licensed products that we are unable to supply.
