If your organisation has a Pay by Invoice Account, multiple team members can order online using the same account.
For security, each team member should have their own MedBIS Account. To get started, each person should complete the Activate Your MedBIS Account form using their own email address.
Using individual MedBIS Accounts means everyone can securely access your organisation's agreed pricing and place orders online, while helping to protect your account.
We don't recommend sharing login details. Shared accounts can create security risks, make password resets difficult for other users and reduce visibility of who has placed an order.
If a colleague leaves your organisation or no longer requires access, please submit a Customer Support Request and we'll deactivate their MedBIS Account to help keep your online account secure.
