Sign in to your MedBIS Account to access your My Mediq dashboard.
Select Order History, then choose the order you'd like to track.
If your order is being delivered by a Mediq vehicle, you'll be able to view the latest order status directly within your order details.
If your order has been dispatched with one of our courier partners, a tracking link will be available where applicable. Simply select the link to view the latest delivery updates on the courier's website.
If you're already signed in, you can access your My Mediq dashboard at any time by selecting My Mediq in the top-right corner of the website.
