MedBIS can support your organisation's purchasing controls by allowing approval workflows to be set up based on order value or spending limits.
For example, if a buyer places an order that exceeds their approved spending limit or order value threshold, the order can be automatically sent to an authorised approver before it is submitted to Mediq.
The approver will receive an email asking them to review the order. They can:
• Approve the order
• Edit the order before approval
• Decline the order
Once the order has been approved, it is automatically submitted to Mediq for processing, and the person who placed the order will be notified of the outcome.
