Can I add a new delivery location to my Pay by Invoice Account?

For security reasons, customers with a Pay by Invoice Account cannot create or amend delivery locations themselves.
If you need to add/update a delivery location, please submit a Customer Support Request with the details of the new address.
Our team will create the new delivery location and, once it's been set up, it will be available for you to select when placing orders through MedBIS.
Most new delivery locations are added within 24 hours.
