1. Limited-time offers
Promotions and discounts are available only for the promotional period stated in the relevant email, web page, banner or other promotional material.
Once the promotional period ends, the Promotion will automatically expire and will no longer be valid for any orders.
2. Eligibility, online orders and Mediq’s discretion
Each Promotion is subject to specific eligibility criteria including customer type, account status, minimum order value, product range or order channel.
Promotions apply only to orders placed via medbis.mediq.co.uk unless stated otherwise.
Mediq reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
3. Excluded products and categories
Selected products, brands, ranges or categories may be excluded from Promotions even where they appear on medbis.mediq.co.uk.
Excluded products will not benefit from any promotional reduction and will not count towards any minimum spend or other qualifying criteria for a Promotion.
4. Product order limits and application at checkout
For certain selected products, Mediq may impose customer order limits (for example, a maximum quantity per order, per customer or per promotional period).
Any such limits will be applied at checkout and Mediq reserves the right to amend or cancel orders that exceed the stated limits, or to limit quantities supplied in its sole discretion.
5. Invoice account customers
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Promotions and discounts available on medbis.mediq.co.uk do not apply to invoice account customers or to orders placed under pre-agreed contract pricing structures.
Where there is a conflict between a Promotion and an existing pricing or rebate agreement, the existing agreement will take precedence and the Promotion will be deemed inapplicable to that order.
6. Use of promotion and discount codes
Promotion or discount codes must be entered at checkout and successfully applied before the order is submitted; codes cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, only one Promotion or discount code may be used per order and Promotions may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or incentive.
7. Non-transferable and no cash alternative
Promotions and discounts have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other alternative.
Promotions may only be used by the intended recipient or qualifying customer and may not be sold, transferred or otherwise redistributed.
8. Changes, withdrawal and errors
Mediq may amend, suspend or withdraw any Promotion at any time, without prior notice, where necessary (including, without limitation, in the event of error, abuse, fraud or circumstances beyond its reasonable control).
While Mediq endeavours to ensure that all promotional information is accurate, it is not responsible for typographical errors, technical issues or other inaccuracies, and reserves the right to correct any such errors or to cancel any affected Promotion.
9. Misuse and monitoring of Promotions
Mediq reserves the right to monitor the use of Promotions and may withdraw or refuse any Promotion where it reasonably believes it is being used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, including (without limitation) bulk purchasing, resale or attempts to circumvent eligibility criteria.
Promotions are intended for end-user customers purchasing for their own business or clinical use only, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
10. Relationship with other terms
These Promotions Terms apply in addition to Mediq’s general Terms and Conditions of Sale for MedBIS and any other applicable website or account terms.
In the event of any conflict between these Promotions Terms and Mediq’s general Terms and Conditions of Sale, the general Terms and Conditions of Sale shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
